NATURAL APARTMENTS
Welcome!
The Biotel apartment house is located in the middle of Brand in the Brandnertal and has five spacious nature apartments for 2, 4 or 6 people.
All apartments are built and equipped according to ecological guidelines. With us you can live ecologically during your vacation.
All materials used in the construction of the Biotel apartment house are of biological origin. The construction and the walls are made of local spruce and plastic-free plasterboard. Filgratten sheep wool was used exclusively for insulation.
The wood for furniture and floors comes from our mountains. All painting was done with germ paint or mineral based. No varnish, impregnation or preservatives were used anywhere in the house.

All residential units are tested for allergy compatibility and have been awarded a building biology certificate. Unfortunately for this reason we cannot accept pets. We ask for your understanding.

You can have breakfast in the apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped.

All apartments have free WiFi and via telephone, TV and clock radio.

4 of our 5 apartments have a balcony with a view of the mountains. Sun loungers are available.
Terrycloth and bed linen
The beds are freshly made and fresh hand and bath towels are waiting for you in the warm bathroom.
Wellness
The house offers a small wellness area with a bio sauna and a whirlpool with color reflections.
Reception & lounge ​
The reception and a large lounge are on the ground floor.
