Bed linen

All beds are made up with fresh linen on arrival.

They are re-covered weekly or on request.

Hand and bath towels are ready for you in the showers!

In our kitchens you will find everything you need: dishwasher, microwave, oven, kettle, filter coffee machine (Nespresso capsule machine on request) and fridge with freezer compartment.  

breakfast

You can have breakfast in the apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped. Diagonally across from our house is a small supermarket with fresh breakfast bread and a few meters further, the Specklädele, with fresh cheese from our own dairy.

terrace

Every apartment, with the exception of the Egga apartment, has a balcony with a view of the mountains. Sun loungers are available. On our large sun terrace in the entrance area, with a wonderful view of the Rätikon massif, you have a covered seating area and comfortable deck chairs at your disposal!

Wellness

The house also offers its guests a small wellness area with a bio sauna and a whirlpool with color reflections as well as a lounge.

​

Common room

There is a large lounge on the ground floor. Young and old will find a selection of books there and there is a great play area for the youngest.

​

Housekeeping

Final cleaning of the apartments is mandatory. Costs: one bedroom apartment 45 euros. 2 bedroom apartment 55 euros

Garbage disposal

The containers for waste disposal are behind the house. Please note the waste separation​ .

WiFi & TV

All apartments have free WiFi, telephone and TV.

​

Spring water

From June to October fresh spring water flows from a well in front of the house.

You will find water jugs in every apartment kitchen!

Bertel Sport - Rent & Depot

We also run the Bertel sports shop in Brand with rent a ski and ski depot in winter and hiking and golf in summer.

We offer our guests a 10% reduction on ski rental at the Dorfbahn and 20% on the ski depot.

Bus stop

In winter, the ski bus picks you up right in front of the Biotel.

The next stops for the regional bus route 81 can be found out of the valley, at the community or in the valley, in front of the Walliserhof.

Alvierbad - natural bathing lake

In sight of the Biotel. Natural spring water provides a refreshing cooling off! A pleasure after a strenuous hike or for all morning athletes, a lap before breakfast!

Guest card

Every guest receives a guest card from us on arrival. This enables you to travel freely throughout Vorarlberg, by bus and train! There are also many leisure activities available free of charge or at reduced prices.
