are required for our services / rentals. This also includes bookings for hikes, guided tours, table reservations in restaurants, breakfast reservations in other hotels, if a rental vehicle is desired, the transfer from and to us, registration processing, insurance, booking of tours, accreditations, vouchers including customer system, settlements and their verification ( B2B, B2C, FIT).


This data is therefore stored, processed by us and, if necessary, passed on to third parties (hotels for breakfast reservations, restaurants for table reservations, mountain guides for hikes, organizers of events / hikes or the like), with whom we can provide the most effective and the best possible service / stay for our guests.
